About Our Food
We feature creative and original recipes in many venues - including but not limited to:   vegetarian, vegan and raw food .   Guests are consistently delighted with our cuisine - mostly a blend of international and Caribbean flavors, served with flair and elegance.  

Many of our fruits, vegetables and herbs are grown in our own organic gardens.  Some of the fruits include:  oranges, bananas, tangerines, limes and grapefruit; mameys, guavas, soursop, mangos, starfruit, pineapple, papaya.  In addition, we serve our own fresh spring water.

Our breakfast buffet features assorted breads and pastries from our own kitchen, homemade marmalades and spreads , fresh fruits, vegetarian and vegan selections and raw food options.

Some of our lunch and dinner items include:  original soups, homemade seitan in delicious flavors, inventive tofu dishes, Maravilla-made pizzas and appetizers and outstanding desserts. 

Dine indoors,  on our garden patio or take a picnic with you!  Choose a Bed and Breakfast,
Ala carte* (see below for price ranges) or All-Inclusive option.  

For those not yet(!) vegetarian, you will nevertheless enjoy our breakfast buffet and we can direct you to the best local restaurants for your other favorite foods.

Please note that grocery prices on the island are significantly higher than in the U.S., especially for natural foods.

A dinner for two can be purchased starting from about $48/couple. This is an average price and will run higher or lower according to number of courses, and other factors. Usually a "special" dinner will cost $70/cpl.   Lunches may typically cost about $32/cpl, and breakfasts about $35/cpl.  Raw food diets and allergies will add to the cost of meals and groceries.
